We are located in Ioannina, Epirus, a region that is famous for hiking because we have 4 wonderful mountains here. Our team specialises in Prison Rules Grappling as we are ex MMA fighters from the UK so our style is less traditional and more takedown and control focussed and we love an illegal technique!
