Kempe is the Lakeland’s only club with a team of high-ranking Blue, Brown and Black Belt BJJ instructors, Brown Belt Judo, NCCP Wrestling, and former Pro-MMA fighters under 1st degree black belt (and owner) Professor Bernie Antle.
2024 has brought Kempe several Youth & Adult Team trophies, 4Wing’s Coach Of The Year, as well as placing 3rd for Best Overall Academy!
Kempe was also honored with Cold Lake’s 2024 Outstanding Small Business Of The Year Award!
