General
These Terms & Conditions shall apply to all sales through BJJ Globetrotters and will exclude application of any deviating general or specific conditions or terms of buyer. No waiver or modification of these Conditions of Sale shall be binding upon BJJ Globetrotters, unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of BJJ Globetrotters.

Customs and sales tax / VAT
All our orders ship from Pakistan and you may have to pay additional tax and duties in the country of destination. BJJ Globetrotters are not responsible for these or for any fees charged by your country’s customs department. The carrier will contact you in case of any extra charges or customs clearance. This might delay the delivery. Please be advised that it is your responsibility to pay for these extra charges.

Delivery
The delivery time is stated in the shopping cart next to the various ways of delivery. If a service/product has another delivery time than expressed in the shopping cart, this delivery time will be stated in connection to the individual services/products.
In case BJJ Globetrotters has reason to question buyer’s solvency or ability to pay for delivered products, BJJ Globetrotters have no obligation to make delivery, and shall be entitled to stop products under carriage, unless buyer makes advance payment for the delivery and other claims arising from the business relation or grants security which can reasonably be accepted by BJJ Globetrotters.

Unclaimed packages
Unclaimed packages will be returned to us. If you wish to have the package shipped again, the full shipping costs must be paid by you and will not be eligible for free shipping offer.

Return Policy
Returning a service/product is to be done on your expense, unless the product/service is faulty or damaged upon delivery. Returned products/services are to be sent as letters or postal packages, and not for COD. In case of a trade, BJJ Globetrotters will pay for the delivery of the replacement product/service.

BJJ Globetrotters return period is 9999999 days.

BJJ Globetrotters shall, if under the jurisdiction of our return policy, refund you what you have paid for the product and/or service as soon as possible, but latest within 30 days of the product being returned. You are obliged to pay for the return delivery of the product. BJJ Globetrotters will pay to send replacement products.
The return period is counted from the day you received the purchased the full, or a significant part of the product. If you have purchased a customized product -or a product with a significant personal customization, the return period is counted from the day BJJ Globetrotters have informed you about the product.
You do not qualify for our return policy if:
The service you have bought was commenced with your consent during the return period.
The price of the service purchased fluctuates with the financial market.
Due to the physical nature of the service, it is not returnable.
The seal of authentication of the product has been broken/opened.
When returning a product/service:
-You are obliged to keep the product in the same condition as when delivered.
-You must not have used the product, however you have the right to investigate the condition the product was in when delivered. If damage or harm is caused to a product while investigated the product does not qualify for the return policy.

Should there be delays with the courier BJJ Globetrotters cannot be held liable.

Privacy Policy
When ordering a product/service you will be asked to fill in you personal information. Upon purchase you agree to this information is stored in accordance with BJJ Globetrotters’s privacy policy in order to fulfill our agreement to you as our customer. In accordance to the Danish law you have the right to know the information BJJ Globetrotters have registered about your person. If the information is erroneous, incomplete or irrelevant, you may ask to have your information corrected and/or removed. If this is the case please contact us by e-mail.

Force Majeure
BJJ Globetrotters is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labour conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements’ obligations.

SMS / Text Message Programme

These terms apply to the BJJ Globetrotters text message (SMS) programme, operated by Globetrotters Sports ApS.

What the programme is

If you give us your mobile number and tick the consent box, we may send you text messages about BJJ Globetrotters camps — booking confirmations, practical information before a camp, payment reminders for instalments you have agreed, waiting-list availability, and occasional announcements when a new camp opens.

How to join

You join by entering your mobile number on our website and actively ticking the consent checkbox. The box is never ticked for you. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing anything from us, and you can book any camp or buy anything in the shop without joining.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for the messages; your mobile carrier’s normal charges for text messages and data apply.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message at any time and we will send you no further texts. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You can re-join at any time by opting in again on our website.

Your privacy

Delivery and carriers

Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be the account holder of the mobile number you provide, or have the account holder’s permission, and you must be 18 or over.
