In this episode, I sit down with Damon Bolden at a cafe next to the airport during the Arizona camp. Damon is 62, competes at the IBJJF Masters Worlds and travels around the world to train, and I wanted to know how he does it. We talk about why more seniors should do Jiu Jitsu, walking into gyms abroad at his age, his years working undercover in narcotics, and how he looks back on his life.
